With our brand GREENPACK, we have supplied the market recycleable and easy-to-use blisterpack solutions for more than 20 years. GREENPACK is available in a number of variants for customization, as well as in a standard series comprising a wide range of standardized off-the-shelf models. See below for more information.

We also supply solutions for heat-sealed blisterpack.

GREENPACK Safe & Slide

These solutions are based on a printed and punched cards with a flap in the front wherein the blister is placed. The sealing is done by pressing and heating the two cardboard halves around the blister. High percentage of renewable raw material (cardboard) and partially recycled PET in the blister reduces the carbon footprint.

Clamshell

Clamshell Blisters consist of a front and a back side that are connected with a ”hinge". They can be designed with various mechanical lockings, i.e. knobs or frame-sealing. Clamshells can also be made tamper proof by heat-sealing whole or part of the rim.

Standard Clamshell

Off-the-shelf clamshell blisters for short lead times and no tool customization costs. Produced in Sweden of A-PET plastic and with high degree recycled material

GREENPACK Original

When Greenpack Original was first introduce, it was one of the first 100% recyclable blisterpacks in the world! It has been rewarded with ScanStar and WorldStar. The blisterpack consists of a blister front with a z-shaped trace where a card is snapped.

Heat-Sealed Blister

The original blisterpack, where a blister is heat-sealed on to a printed and varnished. This solution can still be a good alternative, and we have the know-how and machinery for it in place.
